Debora Vena is a gourmet pastry chef based on Verona and known for her determination and her dynamic, entrepreneurial spirit with a keen passion for her craft, which stands out for the attention to detail that is evident in all her creations.
After completing her studies in 2011, she went on to compete in national competitions before deciding to further hone her craft alongside some of the greatest pastry chefs both in Italy and abroad, including travels to the United States, the United Kingdom, and Lithuania, where she learned the best techniques for creating gourmet pastries and other delicacies.
Always looking to the future, she faces all challenges with wisdom, confidence and humility just as she enjoyed doing from a very early age when she worked in her family’s café in Verona.

At the age of just 23, she was the youngest competitor in the 2015 edition of the Italian television competition for pastry chefs Il più grande pasticcere and finished in third place.
