The first gelateria owned by Debora Vena’s family was established in 2001 in the Italian province of Matera, a UNESCO World Heritage site on the Ionian coast. This was eventually followed by the bakery and gelateria in Vago di Lavagno in the province of Verona.

Debora Vena’s gelato features carefully selected, all-Italian ingredients, such as the delicious licorice from Rossano Calabro, mint from Pancalieri, hazelnuts from the Langhe region, and the purest Bronte pistachios.
