It takes natural sourdough, water, flour, and attention to detail to make Debora Vena’s gourmet brioche and other pastries, especially in her traditional, Milan-style panettone or her delicious chocolate panettone, both of which make Christmas in Italy a truly special time of year.

To start your day off right, every morning our bakery in Vago di Lavagno has a rich assortment of breakfast treats, including croissants with a variety of fillings, as well as cakes, cookies, and other fragrant products made with fresh milk and butter.

We also have a secondary workshop where we produce a vast array of gluten-free pastries and desserts.
